What if there is a problem with my order?

If there's a problem with your order, send us an email. From there we will help you process your return or refund.  Our dedicated team is here to help so send us an email at wabashvalleycreations@gmail.com. 

What if I receive a defective product?

If you believe you've received a defective product, contact our support team through email, and speak with a our support team.

If your product is manufactured by Wabash Valley Creations, our support team will work with you to replace your item with a replacement or issue a refund as long as we are contacted within 30 days of receiving the item. Estimated time for a return is 7 days plus bank processing time. Replacement items from WVC should be shipped within 7 days. 

If your product is manufactured through a third-party manufacturer we will direct you to their support team and work alongside you to ensure you are satisfied with your order.

All returns/refunds through third-party manufacturers are in accordance with their terms and conditions.
